Most properties have check in at 3:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM
No. Our cleaners set their own schedules well in advance and we do not control the order in which they clean homes. The cleaners only work until Noon on Sundays.
No. Our property owners have "in-yard pickup". The trash company will come and get the barrels from the side or back yard and return them to the same location.
Yes. In the cooler months, set the heat at 70 degrees. In the warmer months, set the air-conditioning to 69 degrees.
No. Many of our guests suffer from allergies and cannot stay at a home where pets have been.
You can rent a movie only if you are logged into your own app account for streaming.
Our homeowners provide beach chairs and beach towels. Although we suggest it, there is no guarantee that there will be a cooler, beach umbrella or beach cart.
The office is open from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days per week. After hours, please leave a message. Messages are checked often. For any emergency, always call 911.
